For this project, we worked collaboratively with the engineer of record, general contractor, and building ownership team to select and install a dedicated HVAC and dehumidification system for the indoor pool environment at this new family entertainment facility. Given the cost and critical nature of the equipment, careful upfront coordination and equipment selection were essential to ensure long-term comfort, humidity control, and reliability.
Our team assisted in evaluating the best-value solution for the application, balancing performance requirements with operational efficiency. We also coordinated and installed all associated ductwork and rigging, ensuring the system was properly integrated into the building and executed correctly the first time.
For this project, we value engineered and installed a complete HVAC system for the third-floor office space, meeting both the client’s budget constraints and the building’s performance requirements. Working collaboratively with the engineer of record, we delivered a clean, efficient ductwork installation that integrates seamlessly with the architectural design of the finished space.
